Visited this store randomly on passing Saturday 5th October. The energy and enthusiasm from the staff is second to none. We were looked after by a guy but sadly can’t remember his name began with a k I think. This guy is an asset to your company very knowledgable and more than happy to help. Due to him we made a number of different purchases, not pushy just interesting facts that I never knew. He mentioned he had been there a while and was well looked after and should think so to. Pro cook customer service , the prices and quality is exceptional. A* from me And thank you

Extremely helpful staff!! Mollie assisted and informed us about the products and the ranges on offer and ensured we were aware of the promotions. Even let us leave the bags there whilst we continued shopping!! The shop had good prices compared to others in the outlet, whilst being well stocked and laid out to make shopping easier. Will most definitely return if need any more kitchen items.
