5 star service, that's what I experienced with Professor Zoe Winters and her team! The professor not only took care of my breast lump surgery in a highly professional way, but she also explained everything in details to give me full knowledge and reassurance. She also battled on my behalf with my insurance to ensure my procedure would be covered. Finally, the regular calls and emails to ensure everything is going well, as well as the reactivity of response has truly impressed me. It's the best medical experience I have had to date in the UK!

Prof Zoe Winters is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a consultant, with such outstanding quality of medical care, that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. She always put me at ease when I saw her and really took the time to explain things to me. I was very nervous on the day of surgery, but Prof Zoe took the time to see me beforehand and I felt very reassured - the surgery she performed was of the highest standard (I hardly have any bruising and the cuts are very neat/immaculate). She is honest about risk levels and the options going forward once scans, tests etc have been carried out, depending on the results.
