I had a box installed by Progress Lifeline and within a week it had affected my wi-fi it prevented my making and receiving calls and resulted in my using up and having to top up mobile data Rather than being a benefit to me it was a nightmare, I was in isolation so having no visitors at all and for over a week I had only my mobile phone to contact anyone. I did not know the cause of the problem until I contacted my phone line supplier because Progress live were only people I could contact and they didnt seem to understand my problem as I could speak to them through the box. It had a profound effect on my mental wellbeing I would never recommend them as you are totally reliant on them and all other support is taken away. I felt I had lost my independence would not like to inflict that on my worst enemy

Avoid. Poor quality alarms and sensors. Poor installation - 2 fell off, damage caused to property as a result of rushed and shoddy workmanship. Zero maintenance - batteries all ran out and were not replaced. Basically a cowboy outfit who refuse to engage with service users over any issues raised. Still kept charging for a system that was no longer serviceable. Ended up throwing the lot out and replaced the smoke alarms and CO2 detectors myself, no issues since with those. Their replay is a worthless cut and paste platitude, they did not attempt to make things right time after time.
