A first class service from start to finish, from initial consultation to installation Dimitri was fantastic. There were no hard sell tactics, he listened to our requests told us to take our time before deciding, showed us a number of options. The installation was great, turned up on time, was exceptionally neat and tidy, very friendly and polite the whole time. Great service.Would highly recommend Dimitri.His Security alarms are very reasonably priced.He works non stop from starting the job until it is finished.He cleans and sweeps up before he goes ,even after me telling him it was ok I would do it.He was very polite and respectful .Explained everything on how the alarm worked with patience and a smile. I cannot commend enough Dimitri for the quality of his work and professionalism, nothing was too much and he was happy to oblige all requests and even made some terrific recommendations. Before proceeding with any step he doubled checked I was happy with what he was about to do and thoroughly explained each procedure. The alarm system he installed is extremely efficient and acts as a great deterrent combined with the external flash light would make any intruder think twice. Dimitri's prices are also very reasonable and great value for money, I would recommend him to anyone within my network without a shadow of a doubt!
