Very poor service. Want money upfront without having the facilities to carry out the work. We were prebooked but still took 4 hrs to start. Also staff are not “allowed” to move anything so anything in the vehicle will get damaged by the work.

Sir/Madam Received your lock yesterday and fitted the same day. Problems getting the old lock out as it had been damaged when some little toe-rag got into my van!
