Poor customer service. I had to reschedule a boiler service due to work commitments, the guy one the phone had real attitude about it with sarcy remarks. After re-scheduling, he never turned up. I phone'd to find out why, he said he doesn't service my area now. No notification, no nothing. Very unprofessional service, I do not recommend this company.
