Even though my purchase was via a 3rd party, PSL were excellent at communicating. They told me my print request was poor quality and to email them my photos direct . They could’ve just printed what I originally sent and I really appreciated them contacting me. I was on a tight timescale and they posted my order out 1st class for me. Delighted with end product - would definitely go to them again and highly recommend.

Super understanding and amazing customer service. My friend was ill during my school group picture so we paid to have a cardboard cutout of her made so she could still be in it. Amazing quality and communication the whole time!
Absolutely recommend this company they produced a fantastic 6ft cardboard cutout in a very quick turn around. The staff are friendly, helpful and really go that extra mile.
Excellent comms, my pic was not good enough, was asked to send another, so did. Arrived early and is fantastic quality. highly recommended. We sell cars so we now how important reviews are and i am more than happy to leave a good revue as it was well deserved.
Brilliant. This place makes great banners. I designed a banner and had the artwork emailed to them, they print it off and sent it to my address. The banner arrived a few days later via courier and it's ace. High quality materials, crisp looking print. Just what I was looking for. Thanks! One happy Scottish customer :-)
Dealt with PSL a couple of times now, excellent service from Lily & Jonathon sometimes in trying circumstance. Really recommend them as individuals and the company.
Ordered a personalised balloon from here it didn’t come on the date it should of and then the day before I needed it it still hadn’t turned up I rang up and got told they don’t know what’s happened. Wouldn’t even waste your time ordering with them as they will probably leave you until the day before and say they don’t know what’s happened.
The worst service. Left me high and dry on the day of the party, told me lost in the post but i checked with the courier and they never sent it. Didn't respond to my complaint email to at least give me an explanation. Stress you don't need when planning a party... i would advise using someone else and get peace of mind you will actually get what you need on time!
