Great service! Friendly staff sorted me out with MOT super quickly. Very understanding and helpful! A service!! Bought a used car and I've seen that this was the garage of choice for the past couple of yrs for the previous owner. I trusted it, paid off! Extra thanks for doing a great job during this pandemic situation! Recommended!! :)

I cannot comment on Clayton's workmanship only their customer service. Booked my car in for a diagnostic check a week ago. Took my car in today thinking I would find out what is wrong. No call from Clayton's so I contacted them at around 2.00pm. I was told my car had not been in the garage yet & probably wouldn't be done today. Excuse given - too much work on to get round to my car. Receptionist said \sorry - do I want to re-book\. I expect my appointment to be honoured given I had booked a week ago. Poor, poor service. Would rather not give any stars but have to give one to post my comments

Car went for an M.O.T ,garage wanted to charge me 390 for a coil and strut ,said this was only available from Mercedes? Tried a few different garages and got the coil changed for 130 I had been warned by local people about this garage wish i had taken on board what was said . Anyway lost a customer and will not recommend
