Absolute Joke. Not only did I have to wait three months to get my scooter diagnosed and a qoute. Gave me two different quotes, the first one was reasonable so I agreed to go ahead then gave me another qoute which was twice as much. So I decided not to go ahead and pick up my scooter, at which point I had to pay a 23 pound fee for diagnostic, which didn't make sense as I already knew the problem which I told them. AM sure you will find someone cheaper and better. TIMEWASTERS...!!!! DO NOT USE....!!!! Hi. I did try and discuss it, but the lady who served me, wasn't sure. It was just like Thank you for the 23 pound.. goodbye.. something was mentioned about the battery at the bottom but she and I both didn't understand... Please feel free to drop me an email and explain it. I just discovered that they also smashed my display screen. And did not tell me about it and tried to charge me to fix it. Absolute scammers. ARE YOU GOING TO FIX IT...!!!!

Amazing service! Couldn't ask for better really. They were always happy to answer any of my questions. Repairs team did an amazing job fixing my board, prices are decent also. Will defo recommend!!

I Had my scooter repaired and I'm extremely satisfied. Had no issues and fairly priced. Also received excellent customer service, Alexandra kept me up to date on my scooter repair. Would recommend Smart Boards uk for any/all scooters repairs.

Great scooter. Staff , selling us the scooter ok. Staff , after sales we had a little problem easy fix broken bolt . Very rude , very unhelpful , down right awful . Go else where if you can , spoke to the next person in exactly the same , he rang to say his had broken , reply was AND that was it . So he had gone down . Really bad
