Tried to contact them in February 2020 but responses over the phone were rude and toxic. Strange. They promised to send information and brochures over emails but this didn't happen. Other nurseries in area were much more friendly and responsive. I guess above says it all.

Pumpkin patch Farnborough is a lovely nursery. Our daughter has been there since she was six months old. She's now three and has excelled there. All the staff are very hard working and friendly and genuinely care about all the kids that attend. Do not be put off by one bad Ofsted report that happened in 2017, the nursery have worked extremely hard to improve and it really shows. Highly recommend you visit and see for yourself if you're looking for a nursery in Farnborough.
The nursery is majorly under- staff and staff lacks the necessary skill to look after children. No wonder, the recent Ofsted rating was 4 which means the nursery is \inadequate\. We had a terrible experience there.
