I recently took delivery of a new triumph Rocket R from pure triumph Woburn, I bought this bike over the phone and after speaking with Paul Dale and got a great deal, It was straight forward transaction with my heated grips ordered and fitted rapidly and the bike delivered to my home 200 miles north by a great guy called Neil from platinum carriers, Despite this dealer being along way from myself I will still definitely call there first the next time i look for a new bike,

Friendly and knowledgeable. The place is clean and there's a great selection of new bikes and a few used. Pricey for a service but then it is a Triumph Dealer. The bike runs very well so faultless. Cafe only open Thurs to Sat 9-3 which is disappointing.

Called into Pure Triumph Woburn today. They took my temperature and asked me to wear a mask. Good to see they are taking care of everyone. The staff were very helpful and I had a good chat about the street twin and T100. They are doing their best in these strange times. Well done.

Triumph Woburn sold me a speed triple RS that wasn’t HPI clear as it had a colour change. I wasnt made aware of this at the time of purchase and I only found out when I went to trade it in and I was subsequently offered less money for it. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership for their dishonesty
