Pay for one of the best packages and rarely even get half of the download speed that we pay for. Our Internet goes down all the times, usually on a Friday and Saturday and mostly evenings. Wish we could have BT as this company is rubbish, never resolve our tickets .

You would expect that after been a customer for almost 2 years that the contract price would've been reduced by now like a phone contract. It seems customer loyalty does not exist.

I've moved into a property which has fibre services to the house. This means that I can have super-fast broadband both download and upload. Whilst there were quite a few options of provider, I looked at the reviews of Pure Broadband and decided to go with them based on what I read. I have not been disappointed and am amazed with the speeds I'm getting even from wifi (5G). It has transformed the speed in which I can upload my work to my clients (video producer) and means I can turn around projects far quicker because I'm not sat around waiting for upload to happen! I've spoken with their customer services a couple of times whilst waiting for the services to go live and their friendly attitude and helpful answers along with their super-fast excellent broadband have all helped me conclude that they are the best broadband service provider I've ever had.

Can't fault them so far, their technical support for one is great; can diagnose an issue really quickly and I simply sms'd them. Replied in minutes and they knew who I was (my mobile number I guess) so there was no annoying identity confirmation process. One of my devices caused a problem and they could pinpoint that problem which really helped. Great business the internet is great too!

Just got off the phone with a lovely chap called Andrew, from customer services. WOW. Amazing CS, Feels strange to have someone care about you as a customer and not only that the honesty and rectifying the issue at hand at the swift pace that he has done so, is shocking.
