Suffered an elbow injury in November. I have worked with many different physios during my sporting career,. The physio I worked with, Marios, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend to another person or use again if I am unfortunate enough to suffer an injury again anytime soon. Thanks a lot!!

Great experience with John - a physio who has a proactive and pragmatic approach to work. Remembers the little details and always willing to adapt protocols to what will fit in my life... I’ve never felt like I’ve been sent off with a list of exercises to fend on my own! Would definitely recommend. Friendly bunch in the office too.

I suffered a serious knee injury skiing last winter. I’m now fully recovered and feel as strong and pain free as I was before my accident. I honestly don’t think I would be in the same position without Lucy Sacarello. I can’t praise or recommend Lucy highly enough. She is professional in everything she does and has a friendly, patient approach that puts you at ease. She devised a thorough program for my recovery with exercises that challenged and extended me throughout and increased in difficulty at just the right pace. She is always sympathetic and encouraging and made sessions a pleasure, not a chore. The other staff at Physio4Life were very friendly and welcoming, particularly Kat, who is simply lovely. Thanks again to you all, especially Lucy.

I recommend Roxane Borghini, Physio4Life's Osteopath (plus Sports Massage and Medical Acupuncture). Due to pinched nerves, my back muscles went into spasm. I was in agony, could barely walk, each step put my full weight on these nerves! Roxane put me at ease and each of her sessions improved my back, neck and muscles. Roxane's approach is gentle yet thorough. I slept like a log after each session. Thanks Roxane, you're awesome! The Physio4Life staff are very friendly and helpful. You guys are a local gem.
