Tried very hard to buy locally having been talked out of repairing my fourth karcher by them on the phone! They convinced me that Kranzle was the way to go! Asked them to call me when in stock and I would call and collect! That was a month ago still waiting! However ordered from a company in the Midlands who were also awaiting similar delivery from Germany! Great machine only worry is that when it needs servicing they are the closest! Too busy to sell maybe too busy to service!!!

Bought a gx390 pressure washer recently the service was brilliant . After a few emails and calls the deal was done and the van build took place . Rolled up at 8am and damian and his team got stuck in straight away . Best decision i made was contacting q services qwashers which was recommended by a driveway washer in kent . The gx390 and equipment ive bought from q services is top notch to which im very happy and gratefull for the help and advice .
