I had an excellent experience at Q R Sport today having the tracking sorted out on my elderly Mercedes. Ian worked hard for over three hours to free off some of the seized bolts to get the alignment to spec. This was over and above the call of duty given the set price for this service; I know a number of other mechanics who would have baulked at the task. My car now drives beautifully, and has clearly been set up with some care and skill. Val on reception was utterly charming, and the waiting area was clean and well furnished. Highly recommended.

I took my Hyundai to Daren and his team because I was looking for a particular type wheel geometry testing and due to the fact that these guys deal with a lot of high performance vehicles I new their work would be precise and thorough. I was not disappointed - a full report of the geometry before and after alignment and I was kept informed of the progress. Driving is now a pleasure again. I'm happy to be able to trust these guys and I look forward to doing business with you again in the future, I will certainly recommend you.

Oh dear I rang them about carrying out a gearbox repair on a classic 1990 Audi Quattro. I then knew I was talking to the wrong people after I explained the car I have and it's fault. I was asked if it was automatic or manual. If you know cars like the web site says it does then this is not a question that filled me with confidence. Sorry guys you don't get the job

Went for a 4 wheel alignment/Geometry. Cost me 100. Adjustments were not set as discussed and ended up borrowing equipment and setting it myself. Nice enough people though, but 100 wasted.
