Tbh the majority of the boys are good lads to work with same as everywhere usual prats that think they run the place dispatch manager sits on his arse watching YouTube while the boys work hard also lies that much am surprised he knows his name but on the positive side walks around a food cutting room with his outside clothing so contaminating the pork. The equipment is faulty and unsafe hygiene jesus christ non existence example wee gadgie who doesn't wash himself is the trainee hygiene team thats the standards site manager couldn't run a bath and likes to throw his small wee man syndrome around hr one girl completely clueless and likes to blame others if u put in holidays it remarkably goes missing. Pros Most of the boys really sound hard working Wage is no bad

Dunno who james is but agree 100% some of the guys are pretty decent hardworking lads but management are pretty shocking apart from a select few hr are decent help out when needed. If the wee gadgie is who i think it is your right hes a wee grassing rat that does nothing but act a big man while being out his face his hygiene is shocking lol (still waiting on the punch he's been promising me that i cant wait for). Whatever you do kiss the site managers arse or your sacked for christ sake dont clock in at 06.02 thats a disciplinary fart thats a disciplinary sneeze well you get what the picture really. Hard working guys honestly most of the guys knock there pan in. Few exceptions but thats expected ( dispatch manager) is about as much use as a chocolate fire guard sits stuffing his face and yeah i worked there and witnessed a few occasions him walking to the toilet and straight into the cutting room with outside clothes. P.s i know they will maybe reply to this but owell truth hurts
