After moving to Farnborough from South Africa and being stuck in lockdown, my wife and I were looking for some outdoor fun. We went down to the quay and saw that Quays Wake & Ski was open. We decided to try our hand at wakeboarding and was an amazing experience. Never had I tried wakeboarding before but Jack was an amazing instructor and got me standing on my first session. Thanks, Jack. Will certainly be back for more wakeboarding fun.

A few friends and I went to Quays Wake and Ski after having seen it a few times. We booked for paddleboarding followed by wakeboarding on the cable and we're very excited. We were greeted by Faye on reception and she made us feel very welcome. Once ready we were straight on the paddleboards having a blast. The equipment was great and the instruction prior to was most helpful. After having such fun already we then went onto wakeboarding. It began with excellent tuition from Mark and we were straight on the water. He gave very useful tips and advice whilst we were on the water and helped us progress and advance in only 15 minutes. We all had a great time and are already looking forward to our next visit! Thanks to all the staff at Quays Wake And Ski for making us feel so relaxed!

The staff as always are super lovely. The setup for swimming in the lake is fantastic. So simple but effective. Setup for beginner's as well as the more advanced swimmer, with plenty of safety measures in place. Highly recommended if like me you're too nervous to go back indoors to swimming pools. Swimming with the wildlife and in the sun is so exhilarating and inspiring. Worth a visit. Ps bring a bright coloured hat so the life guards can see you or buy one online for 2.

Fantastic wakeboarding session with Jack & the boat. He encouraged me to try jumps and riding switch - his instructions were really simple, and I felt like I progressed in just a short 15 min session! Will definitely be back soon! Thanks

Recently started open water swimming at the Quays. Have to say that the lake is lovely, the staff are welcoming and friendly and the parking facilities are great. There are two loops, one at 400m and the other at 800m which is perfect for novice and expert swimmers alike. There is also the added comfort of canoe based lifeguards. I would highly recommend open water swimming and the Quays is the perfect place to get started.

Being an inexperienced paddle boarder ... i was looking forward to a fun day with a couple of friends on the lake. We arrived promptly and wasnt so much greeted but instead grunted at ... we were spoken to like children as we went to leave our bags down in the changing area. We were given a couple of instructions and then left to get in the water. Having only been on the lake once before and telling the receptionist georgie this ... i struggled to get on to the board and fell in twice and instead of offering help she simply laughed and walked away... we were called back to the dock way too early so missed out on the whole hour we paid for. The lack of customer service was diabolical and the rudeness was unacceptable. Being a retail manager myself i would confidently remove this member of staff as she served no purpose to what should have been an enjoyable experience. The lake was perfect but your staff memeber was so laid back she could have been used as a paddle board herself. Staff has stinking attitude Im response to your reply.. i was talking to her about my knees and the placement of the paddle board when i left the water and yes i smile when i speak as i have manner .... and i was not the only one who thoughy that ... both friends didnt take kindly to being spoken to like children at the start of our session.. and both encouraged me to write a review. I wanted to share her name as i dont think her attitude was correct and hopefully she wont treat others the way we were treated by laughing at those that arent experienced and other some sort of help. I am entitled to leave my review as i experienced it.... i am full of positivity but not when i am treated in a disrespectful way .
