I would like to thank the staff at Accident and Emergency at the Queen Elizabeth Glasgow .. They looked after me so well yesterday . From the minute I arrive they were very professional and caring . I would like to give a big thank you to the Consultant in Charge .. He went out his way to make sure I was ok .. I listened to all of the staff talking from porter , Nurse and Doctor they all care so much we are lucky .. Thank you so much you are all hero’s in the job you are all doing .., Richard Bovill

Hell is a place on earth, the staff get stick continually. They do wonders considering the workload has gone up 300% with the same number of staff in an area that's smaller than the old A n E at s.g.h. with fewer bays and examination areas. Get ready for a wait!
