After ordering supplies from this company through a 3rd party, the service has been shocking. Ordered PVC panels and accessories at the beginning of September, advised a few days turn around. Over 3 weeks later and changes to the delivery date on at least 3 occasions, I got promised that after the goods wouldn't fit on the delivery van for that day, they would be delivered the next day. Guess what no delivery the next day the van crashed. We finally got the delivery of most of the items nearly 4 weeks after ordering. Only to find one part is wrong, so guess what its been sent out again and its wrong again. Even the company we ordered through can't believe how badly we have been treated. I have a builder on site and this is costing me time and money for something he can't complete.
