Rob and Nuala have been fantastic with helping me to sort out my hearing problems. Rob initially set up my new Phonak aids and everything was great until I lost one. After my new replacement arrived Nuala set it up and made sure everything was exactly right for me. A very professional company but also very friendly and they listen to you. ( excuse the pun). I cannot recommend them enough.

I needed wax removal in my ear and decided to see Kirstin at the Chesterfield Hearing Practice. The treatment was quick, painless and very efficient and Kirstin was brilliant. This is a private treatment so there is a cost involved but it is worth every penny as an ear infection is very painful and difficult to treat. I would recommend The Hearing Practice to anyone who needs ear wax removal
