Truth be told the so called General Manager of this company is a totally rude and obnoxious person . After four months of waiting for parts to be replaced on my DG Windows this so-called GM could not understand the customers frustration and instead decides to be rude and condescending. This so-called GM is a total disgrace to the human race ! Simple advice to potential customers avoid RST Glass like a plaque !!!!! Advice to RST Director/Owner employ a suitably trained customer service advisor to handle customers enquiries and not your incompetent General Manager ..

Didn't turn up at agreed time. Did a tempory fix and gave me false information about my door.
Dean and Sean arrived as scheduled and quickly resolved the problems with my windows. Everything was taken care of extremely efficiently, hinges and locks on PVC windows which had phased other glaziers are now working perfectly.
AVOID THIS RUDE, UNSCRUPULOUS INCOMPETENT COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY HAD ONE JOB TO DO WHICH WAS TO COME AND SIMPLY REPLACE ALL MY WINDOW LEVERS. THEY SENT ONE MAN WITH ONE DRILL AND NO SCREWS OR DRILL BITS!!! AFTER FIXING JUST ONE LEVER HE SAYS HE HAS TO LEAVE AS RST GLAZING LTD HAD ONLY EMPLOYED HIM THE DAY BEFORE AND HAD GIVEN HIM NO FUEL FOR HIS VAN, NO TOOLS IN THE VAN AT ALL AND A DRILL!!! WHEN HE CALLED UP TO STATE HE HAD NO SCREWS RST GLAZING TOLD HIM TO GO AND BUY SOME WITH HIS OWN MONEY WHICH HE REFUSED TO DO. I THEN CALLED RST OFFICE ONLY TO BE SHOUTED AT BY A VERY RUDE ARROGANT WOMAN WHO SIMPLY SAID THEY WONT FIX MY LEVERS BECAUSE THEY HAVENT GOT TIME TO BE TAKING PEOPLES CURTSINS DOWN! I DONT OWN CURTAINS! WHILST I WAS ON THE PHONE THIS MAN THEN QUICKLY LEFT MY HOME DIDNT SAY HE WAS GOING, LEFT MY BACK DOOR OPEN AND SPED OFF!!! WHAT KIND OF SHAMBOLIC COMPANY IS THIS? WAS HE DBS CHECKED? AFTER WAITING WEEKS HOW LONG WILL I NOW HAVE TO WAIT IN ALL DAY? AVOID!
