The drawings were completed and submitted very quickly resulting in a successful plan approval and avoiding build delays. First class service. Ryan was thorough and helpful throughout our project. Drawings all done to great detail and very promptly. We had numerous issues with our local council during our planning process, but Ryan was superb in dealing with these and liaising throughout. Would definitely recommend to others, and have already done so to our own neighbour, who is now looking to do the same work.
Ryan came to us by recommendation and has so far done a really good job. Plans were done on time and he helped up through the minefield of Council protocol. He was excellent in getting an Appeal against the councils decision overturned, keeping us up to date at all times and has been a great in liaising with neighbours to get a party wall agreement.
