In search of a place to buy spices (Akram had everything and some) This place seems to have most of what's needed... Only been once but seemed ok.

Love it here. The home and entertainment department is well stocked and great value. Groceries are good although have increased in price recently. As for customer service can't fault it, highly commended.

Quite a lot of exotic produce, just a shame the staff are not interested if you only speak English. It would be great to understand how to use items never seen before, but I was not even approached to see if I needed help. Such a shame, I want to understand different foods, receipes and foodstuffs, maybe it is time to learn yet another language.

Most important things are to do is customer service. Little smile will encourage others to come. I recently started shopping in Rabia but it's seems like no one knows nothing. Who is working who in charge. People sometimes need to know those things. So they come forward and talk to you and feel more comfortable. Farooq bhai knows little but unfortunately he is not there all time. Most of the customers are from Bangladesh. Treat them all equally. A simple smile is a sadqa .I have been in business over long time. My dad first grocery shop was in 1970 in palmerston road CALL AKRAM STORE . Thank you
