Absolutely shocking service received so far from this company. Order went through fine my money was taken with no issues.... I was advised to upgrade to dpd for 24hr delivery as I needed the items in time to do repairs at the weekend, I paid the extra money to upgrade this, needless to say the delivery took an extra day with the courier service unable to explain why!!! Then when I opened the package I had items missing further to this I'm unable to contact racing planet being told to message and it will be dealt with promptly, not from my experience I've sent numerous messages over 3 days and still have had no response.... Shocking save your money and shop elsewhere.... Preferably where a customer is valued

Ordered an item on Friday before 1500. Paid extra for the 24hr delivery. It’s now Tuesday and still no item! Got sent a ‘tracking’ number and details of how to get ‘detailed’ tracking information. Customer services no help whatsoever....tell me it’s not a tracking number but just for proof of delivery! Can’t tell me where the item is and no offer to reimburse me for the cost of the postage I paid for and have not received! Shocking service that’s left a key worker with no transportation...and out of pocket. AVOID at ALL cost...
