I ordered Harry Potter Uno cards for my kid as a surprise. When the order arrived the cards inside the Harry Potter box were Minecraft! My kid is super disappointed. Ok, mistakes can happen, no problem if they can be exchanged quickly and without extra cost. But I can't get through to customer service phone number and have had no response to multiple emails. Very bad service!
