Visited in August 2020. Prices advertised are different to that charged on a number of products, some by up to nearly 30% difference which isn't a minor change. Raised this with the customer service team and took 5 emails to even get a response. Reason gave was that prices change constantly which is true, but there was a 45minute window between checking advertised price and purchase (on a number of products) and when I made them aware they are still advertising at those prices, their response was that prices had changed back again - complete laughable. Sounds like lip service to me! Won't be returning. UPDATE ON RESPONSE Lying again! \we have no record of your emails\ - the complaint was logged by email and not in store! Also you're quoting things from the email(s) so clearly found them. To set the record straight advertised price is 10.49 – Sold at: 13.49 which is a 29% difference! (maths doesn't lie, so please do try and prove me wrong). The false pricing issue was with at least 3 product lines and 3 / 29% price difference is massive when you're buying quantities for resale! Your response, mistruths and way you have dealt with the whole situation just says it all really!

It is now very expensive than bestway cash and carry, they put the price up on all beers and alcohol getting 15% margin ,cheating displayed cheaper on price and charging different on invoice. Staff is very helpful but cashiers are now very rude.

I visit 2/3 times a week, this is my home cash and carry, not just Cox of good price and offers it's staff make me come again and again. Very friendly, competent and helpful staff in all area, this is shows how fantastic management is!!!! Well Done Team keep it up GOOD WORK!!!
