Don’t bother, complete joke. Booked a room a month in advance, and upon arrival the escape room / chicken shop!? was clearly closed. Waited for 20 mins, knocked repeatedly and tried to phone but only got answerphone. No reply to messages, emails or phone calls. No refund. Absolute joke. AVOID.

Now closed and up for sale
Bought a Groupon deal. 5 pm to the late sessions were available then when we went on the website to book a room. From yesterday we tried to book for 5PM today but it would not take the code (kept coming up as code doesn't exist) called several times yesterday up to 10:45 PM(As it said open till 11pm but kept going on answer phone. I left 2 messages and I thought it would have been courteous for someone to call me back but nothing. I tried booking and calling again this morning still no joy. Answer phone still on. How bad is this place and what sort of staff are employed there. Customer service is zilch. Would I recommend Breakout Ramsgate? NO WAY. Don't deserve any star at all. WE HAVE 3 DISAPPOINTED TEENAGERS. SHAME ON YOU.
Took all my staff to celebrate being in Business for 10 Years. Customer service was fantastic and we laughed from beginning to end. Would thoroughly recommend.
Great experience for friends and family! Developing well and is worth the money!
