During 2020 I had both colour analysis and personal styling with Diane. The colour consultation meant there would be fewer wardrobe mistakes - buying something that looked good on the hanger but would leave me looking washed out. Turns out that when it comes to jewellery then gold is my colour (I've worn white jewellery for years). Diane also took a look through my makeup bag to ensure I was wearing the right shades of cosmetics too and gave me advice on the best shades to bring out my inner confidence. Six months later between lockdowns I had my personal styling consultation. This was a real eye-opener for me. My main request was to build a capsule wardrobe in addition to the basic of learning which clothes shapes would suit my inverted triangle shape. I took away a folder which contained all the information Diane had gone through, together with real examples of clothes to purchase. No more opening the wardrobe doors and saying "I've nothing to wear" even though my clothes currently fit in a single wardrobe space. I wish I'd had these consultations years before. Anyone looking to add confidence (and save money in the long run) should book both consultations for maximum impact. I'd highly recommend Colour Complements as Diane knows how to put you at ease and certainly knows her stuff!

I really enjoyed my Colour consultation with Diane. I knew I needed to change my wardrobe a bit and add a bit more colour to my life...! But I didn't know there was colour that did not suit me and made me look dull and tired. This session showed me the colour's that bring our my hair & eye colour, also tones that help my skin look healthy and bright. Diane is very thorough and explains everything in great detail and very patient if your not sure about anything. I felt very relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed hearing about the clothes I should be buying and items I should avoid in the future. I learned a lot about my body shape and which styles suit me better. Not only did I walk away with so much dress knowledge but also had handouts and a colour sample key to take shopping. Thank you so much Diane. Kelly x
It's not just for the girls! Thank you Diane for a very helpful consultation and for pointing out the colour mistakes that I've been making for so many years! It's great to have a list of colours that work for me and also a list that definitely don't ! Diane did my make up for my sister's wedding. Everything was so professional and the makeup was amazing so I wanted Diane to do the makeup for my wedding. Diane did an amazing job as she did 9 in total with the help of Joanne! From start to finish Diane knew what look I wanted and what colours would suit me, my bridesmaids, mum, mother in law and nan in law. Everything was perfect.
Loved listening to Diane at the “Hot Women - Talking Menopause” event, she’s passionate about her work and really knows her stuff. Diane explained how our image and the colours that suit us change as we get older and how looking good boosts our confidence during menopause. Everyone should been an appointment x

As the mother of the groom I wanted a natural look for the special day. Diane of Colour Compliments made me feel very comfortable within the relaxing atmosphere of her salon. She was very professional and patient in finding the best camouflage make up needed to cover the white patches caused by vitiligo that I suffer with. Along with this and make up used the end result was fabulous. It was a lovely experience and I would highly recommend Colour Compliments.
