Very helpful staff, who go beyond just selling, with good advice. 1 member of staff who was obviously either going on her lunch break or finishing work, I asked a question of and instead of referring me to one of her colleagues. Came back on to the shop to answer the question herself.

Husband watch strap needed renewing so phoned Hinds for advice and paid a visit to the shop this morning. Excellent Covid instructions to keep everyone safe . Staff really helpful, chose and paid for new watch strap. Will be ready to collect after 10 am when they open tomorrow. Excellent reliable service every time we visit this shop .

disappointed,paid 20 to have 1 charm soldered onto bracelet which is a very quick job to do and they give it back not even cleaned. Ive had other charms soldered on many times by different jeweller's at a lot lower cost and the bracelets always been returned polished and looking brand new.
