I recently needed somewhere to move into after searching the spare room platform I came across Ramsgate rooms all I can say is that the service I received was 10/10 from Mellisa she was very understanding and the whole process took less then a week I am extremely happy with what I have received the house is clean and spacious in a great location my fellow house mates are all down to earth and great guys the room was clean and well presented I will gladly recommend Ramsgate rooms to anyone looking for somewhere to live they cater for all your needs and even have a weekly cleaner to take care of all the communal areas all in all I am a very happy tenant and intend on staying here for a while so if your looking for a room don’t hesitate contact Mellisa at Ramsgate rooms and let her do the rest 10/10

The property is well looked after and has respectful working neighbours within. It’s clean and tidy, it has nice rooms with a comfortable & classy lounge. It’s real nice.. newly decorated, carpeted and has decent furniture plus lovely bathroom features. Great sized kitchen with everything I need which is also very well looked after. A smart, neat and tidy backyard with benches and barbecue. Im genuinely happy with my new place. The rent prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the property. I was also pleased that I didn’t have to pay out for a deposit.. Thanks
Excellent service just what you need if you're looking for a room and working these people are the right people for you all bills included and really affordable and fair price the customer service was outstanding one of the best services of ever had from agent highly recommend
I stayed in a room with Ramsgate Rooms for 6 months whilst my house was sold and new house went through. Great rooms, great service & I moved in quickly with no hassle. The house was cleaned weekly in all communal area's and maintained through-out. The maintenance team were very quick in sorting out our repairs. Would recommend to anyone. Other house mates had been living there for two years plus so I know this is a long term home for others.

Lived with Ramsgate Rooms for over 6 months now, the move in process was very quick! great location, central to Thanet. It feels like my long term home and great there is no live in landlord. The maintenance is run professionally & quickly. Very good house share
