My 3 dogs get so excited when they realise they are headed for a stay, a sure sign they enjoy their time here. The lady I usually see is so helpful when I need to get the 3 off them in and out of the car as well. I happily recommend Ransley Kennels.

Booked our family dog in these kennels from a Monday to Sunday. Upon collection was told by rude female we would be charged for Sunday to Sunday due to the Monday being bank holiday which was not explained prior to booking and due to them not taking card had to go and get more cash. When they finally released our dog she couldn’t wait to get away quick enough. The atmosphere and service I received has completely put us off ever using these again and I would urge other pet owners the same. If they can’t treat another person with kindness and decency I worry about how patient and cared for our dog was looked after!!

We left our 18month old Border Collie here a couple of times now and he seems very happy. The lady we met put our minds at rest by showing us all around and explaining the routine, our dog Charlie seemed to love her when we picked him up. We love our dog and would only leave him somewhere when we really have to, I would rather not leave him at all but my mind is at rest when he stays here.
