Fantastic groomers with great staff who clearly live dogs. Tia doesn't like being dropped off but she always looks and smells so good after.

Used Rascals for grooming a Doberman. He had one inch cut between his toes which subsequently needed stitches. This was not mentioned on pickup and deliberately hidden. Left messages for callbacks but no reply. Disgusting behaviour from supposed dog lovers. Accidents happen, deliberately trying to hide it is unforgivable. Will definitely not be back.
