Lovely, clean site on a horse livery yard. Friendly owners and a cat who likes to join in the evening walk around site. Simple facilities (you need to be self contained at the moment), well kept. You are near a nice wood for dog walks or leg stretching and have easy access to Rayleigh town centre. Just note that you are near the A127 into Southend, you will hear the traffic- mind you that’s partly because the site is really quiet- certainly no worries about getting to sleep due to noisy neighbours. Our big twin axle could be accommodated on site with a hook up. Family members were able to visit us. I’m sure we will be back many times- thank you!

We stayed at the end of May bank holiday, lovely and quiet my two year old was safe running around outside the caravan, and loved the fact there were horses in the field next to the caravan. The grass is cut and nicely presented, bin and disposal area clean. There are no facilities on this site which we were made aware of when we booked, but that is fine with us as we have a shower and toilet in our caravan. It is about 15 minutes or so from the seafront which is great, and a good little town up the road which has everything. We have booked to return the August bank holiday
