I had visited this park with my 1and half year old daughter. She jus enjoyed being there as there were great range of different animals and birds too. The place is surrounded by the scenic beauty with lots of trees and bushes and a lovely pool . Nice place for outing with family I must say.

Fun day out but the place seemed a little tired post lockdown. I hope things will improve once the money rolls in again. One till in the expensive Gift Shop needs addressing too.

Not much to offer the customer considering the price of entry. Went following lock down restrictions being lifted and it was 'busy'. I'm not convinced that the numbers were controlled and there aren't many staff visible controlling recommended social distancing.

A really nice park with a large range of fantastic animals to see and learn about. A great place for a fun day out, especially as it's easily accessible (only a 25 minute walk from Pangbourne station). The food in the restaurant is also good. The only criticism is that the toilets could have been a bit cleaner, but otherwise a fantastic park which did not disappoint! Highly recommended. :-)

My family visited yesterday and I have to say I was very disappointed. Majority of people were not social distancing and I felt very uncomfortable, especially based on the fact tickets were sold for specific time slots, all the areas were far too busy. Why were there no marshalls around? To add further annoyance, when I go into the gift shop, I don't expect to be spoken to like a child thank you very much, you state no more than 4 families at a time but how can you tell who is a family by the way? and again, you should have a member of staff assisting at the entrance, not have the cashier shouting!!! Perhaps you should say no more than 5 people at a time. Won't be rushing back... Dreadful

I took my neice and nephew here over the half time and they really enjoyed there day. Its a lovely place to come and get outdoors. Great selection of animals and the otters were so cute! Burger can only had the choice of 2 things and no chips which was a shame but couldn't be helped.
