Absolutely amazing! Service was great and really helpful staff. Boot fitting was excellent, thorough and surpassed expectation. Would definitely recommend.

Rang first thing on opening to book a ski boot fitting. Helpful response and was able to book for the very same day. Arrived a little early for the appointment and offered tea and coffee and biscuits while we waited. Questionnaire and explanation of the process was excellent. Tried on lots of boots and had plenty of time to compare each one. Great service and never felt rushed at any point during the fitting. Husband was looked after too while looking at clothing while I had my boot fitting. Excellent personal service and will definitely return. Completely different experience to the more well known ‘High St’ brand, which I used to shop at but who now feels like a production line.

Good kit. Knowledgeable staff if you get the right person for the right kit. Not cheap, but the staff do add value so if you need advice they are worth a visit.

Went here for a ski boot fitting and managed to get a new pair of ski boots. The communication during the 2 hour fitting was very good and not awkward at all. I'd recommend going here.

The shop always sold great brands of clothing and footwear pity it's closing down which in my opinion is due to people buying cheaper and not genuine items of the internet

My family have always bought ski clothing and equipment from this long established business and been very satisfied with the care and consideration shown by the staff. Granted not the cheapest retailer in town, but definitely good value for money!

Overpriced with awful customer service. Avoid. Rather than discuss an item I was interested in buying the (less than over-worked) assistant store manager asked me to go to Decathlon instead - I did, they were much more helpful. Sad to see a family-run local shop being out performed for service by a chain.
