My wife started speaking with Brian about comics for a small birthday present for my son. She had numerous emails with Brian, all really helpful, some of them providing very comprehensive info. When she placed the order she received the comics superbly packaged and the day after the order. If my son likes the comics, there is no doubt we will be visiting the store.
