Impeccable service from start to finish. They were prompt and polite during booking and were more than happy to give me quotes with and without my own parts. A health check video sent to you whilst your vehicle is on the ramp shows you the level of care and transparency they work with. This is a gem of a garage, when it comes to any work on a BMW, you really do not need to look any further. They even vacuumed and washed my car!

Just returned to Grosvenor BMW for a service after a 3 year absence due to new BMW after previous 8 years of excellent service. On my return I found that all the members of the team Pete, Justin & Barry were not only fully prepared with all C-19 procedures but more than helpful with up to date suggestions and helpful hints regards my car. Just as friendly and professional as I remember and a prompt competitively priced service with nothing too much trouble. Nice to be back.
