Had my service and MOT done. MOT Full Service (they offer a cheaper service for cars out of warranty) 239. They reduce the MOT cost from 54 to 39 if they do it at the same time as the service. Additionally the car was cleaned inside and outside. I think that is very reasonable. The staff was very friendly. This is not a fake review ;)

Not happy-fault is not fixed and they are saying not able to see any warning after connecting system, but I saw below attached message number of Times in dashboard ( if it is false warning- why are they getting displayed dashboard and lt is panicking drivers) I lost trust on reliability & maintenance of Toyota's brand it self now.

Show room is great. Friendly staff, excellent customer service. You can book test drive and choose the car you like. One of the best Toyota dealer in UK. Highly recommend Jemca Toyota Reading. They care about safety of their customers.

Very clean place, well organized and staff were COV-ID savvy (alas not all customers were). Quick and easy test drive process. Very friendly and helpful customer service in the store and afterwards, as they came back with a helpful email of answers to my finance questions. Would recommend.

The repair shop do charge high prices that are charged just for diagnosis, regardless the problem is fixed or not. I don't find it very reasonable as these prices are similar to consultancy charges to big corporations. The staff is courteous.
