I love the place and the teachings. There is no pressure at all to take up or convert to Buddhism, and I know some agnostics who go because the meditations and coping techniques really help them. I have found it warm and respectful. We're all there for different reasons, and probably take away different things from he sessions. I've found, unlike a lot of faiths, I can ask very challenging questions on the texts and teachings, rather than offence being taken, they are met with consideration and approached logically. From what I have seen, all are welcome, regardless of faith or background. There's no pressure on taking on-board everything, even if you only find 1 or 2 small things that you feel might make life a little easier, then it's worth it. Our sanity and happiness is worth a little investment from time to time. The centres approach is that they just want to be able to help people find a less painful way through their life, even if that's in really subtle ways. We don't have to change our life style at all, we just examine the way we think about things.

A very welcoming and friendly place, full of peace and serenity. They accept all faiths and non faiths and don't try to ram their version of Buddhism down your throat either. The weekly sessions, with a mild Buddhist flavour are a great retreat from the stresses of daily life. I highly recommend them.
