Just picking up on behalf of one of my courier customers. I thought it might have been an old cold war bunker but it turns out it was once a chalk mine and then latterly a bunker. An ideal place to store wine because its dry and has a fairly static temperature I'd imagine. Not to mention its probably quite secure as well. Nice staff there too, very friendly
