Everyone at Optimax was fantastic. Premises is really clean, front desk and welcoming. The go through everything with you and make sure you are happy understand what is going on. Always there when you needed them. Surgery is quick and painless and I can’t imagine my life without glasses now. Worth every penny. Thank you guys again!

I received the best patient care from the Reading Optimax clinic. Right from the start with the consultation, the staff made sure they explained everything to me and were always happy to go over any details again. The surgeon is very kind, very reassuring. You know you're in good hands with him. The aftercare I received was second to none. They did not discharge me until they were 100% happy that my eyes had made a full recovery. Also Optimax throughout treated me like a patient unlike another well known provider who treated me like a customer. Optimax did not pester me to agree to the surgery, and when I decided I wanted to go ahead, they allowed me to decide in my own time when I wanted the surgery. In contrast the other laser eye surgery provider pressured me into getting the surgery done as soon as possible by offering bigger discounts the sooner I had it done. Anyway, I cannot recommend Optimax Reading enough
Very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend. Staff have no idea of their policy. Wife had phone call two weeks prior to her consultation and having to pay 30 deposit to secure was asked question and had mention led she had eye laser before with someone else and was told it was fine. Then rushing to her appointment was told she can’t have it done here as it’s there policy as she had eye laser nearly 10 years ago with someone else. Wife left upset and in tears.
I had Lasik surgery with Dr Ayoubi in Reading optimax last year, I had a great experience from the moment I walked into the clinic. staff were very welcoming and I didn't feel pressured to go ahead with surgery. I had a comprehensive consultation and was given the reccomendation for Lasik wavefront. I had a few questions and concerns but staff were very attentive and were able to answer all of my questions. I have had great results post surgery and would definitely recommend optimax to anyone wanting laser eye surgery. I would like to thank Sarah and David especially for being at the end of the phone to help with my queries and for looking after me on treatment day. Dr Ayoubi you have really changed my life :)
