We have recently sold our house through this agent and the whole team were very professional . From the initial valuation, to photographs, the virtual viewer and the covid safe viewings everything was handled very well. Everyone we met from the agency were courteous and knowledgeable. Once we had a firm offer everything was then handed over to the progress chaser who kept in contact with the whole chain and helped to push things through to the end with no last minute hitches . I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone selling in Woodley.

Do not go anywhere near this estate agent. The manager is a liar, the comms are awful and delayed responses. My potential buyer notified Parkers days before memorandums of sale were issued that they were pulling out, yet they were issued anyway. I was notified that unfortunately my buyer was no longer interested in my property 2 hours after I had my offer accepted on a property. I had to go and ask my buyer myself what was going on as I wasn't getting clear answers from the manager. This is when I found out when they had withdrawn. Was also strung along with another property that we were interested in buying as it was implied that we were in with a very good chance of winning. This was again a lie, I suspect just to get us on board as a client to sell through. Leave well alone, I beg you!

I have recently sold my property through Parkers and cannot recommend them enough. The service is nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we met with Kate to value the property, through to Jasper and his team who looked after the marketing, viewing and securing the sale, and to Somer who looked after the sales progression once we had the offer, the whole process has been made so easy and smooth.
