Price is good. Place is clean. Only problem is remains closed most of the time. Once again,,,,.... Closed.... Why do you even tell on phone you will open 10.30 if you really wont? Really bad.
Came to Reading Launderette to do my laundry while staying in Reading for an extended amount of time. I had a great experience at the Reading Launderette. I specifically had a great experience because of Tan! Tan was very helpful with managing the machines and was very attentive to us as we were doing our laundry. Tan made the experience very fast and simple!! If I need to do laundry again while I am in Reading, I will definitely come back!
Great, when it's open. Have wasted several trips to find it's closed during advertised opening hours, and once waited 20 minutes when there was a 'back in 5 minutes' sign.
