Babs runs the best health and fitness club I have ever used. A truly welcoming and friendly atmosphere allowing all levels of competency to feel at ease and give it their all. Keep up the routine of at least two sessions a week and you will be transformed body, mind and soul. They also do a mean cup of coffee and smoothie!

This is a small club with none of the soulless corporate feel some of the bigger gyms can have. The vibes are always chilled, which reflects the personality of Babs, the owner, who also teaches most of the classes at a good, steady pace. He also takes the time to listen about your individual concerns or injuries. The addition of great coffee and great tunes make this a five star rating!

Had my 1st 1-2-1 taster session today and did not hesitate to book a 10 session slot with Babs. In addition to a great service, there is artisan coffee and smoothies- a nice place to relax before or after the session. Lovely decor and clean facilities. Having moved from London recently, I realised there was a lack of Pilates studios and “cool” places to hang out, but Babs has brought London to Reading and it’s just what is needed!! If you’re interested in mindfulness and general wellness, I recommend you go and visit the studio.

I have only recently just got into reformer Pilates but I absolutely love it! I always train in the gym but I find these classes more challenging and really focused on targeting specific muscles and fine tuning them. I love the focus on mind body connection and breathing and always come out of class feeling relaxed and ready to take on the rest of the day/evening. Babs is really helpful and takes the time to give teaching points to each person individually which really ensures you are getting the most out of the class. I can already feel a difference in my strength and posture and I would highly recommend!
