We had a works team outing last night at The Mall and we all had a wonderful time. Everyone was friendly and were very accommodating as I brought along my 13 year old son. He is still bouncing and cant wait to go again. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable - trying to make it fun for both the professionals and the novices like ourselves but also making sure that everyone stuck to the rules. Will defiantly book again. John

For a first experience into the sport, I had a really good time. The staff were extremely helpful, and easy to talk to. The other players were super cool and no one was playing unfairly. I have to give a shout out to the guy running the op, (forgot his name) for letting me rent a gun for free for my last game. If you want a good place to play, with good people, The Mall in Reading is the place to be.
Had my first time airsofting today with my other half, his sister and my 13 year old brother (also his first time) and it was fantastic! Such friendly staff and brilliant games! Rules are fair and renting equipment is good quality! Would definitely recommend to people who are new to airsofting or even pros! Fantastic day! Thank you all!!
Love the site. I play here regularly. What I like most is the number of different approaches you can take in your game style. Are you a silent assassin lurking in the dark - pitch black basement is the place you want to play. Full frontal attach - you are invited into main concord area. Proper CQB in small spaces - back corridors and small shops area is right place for you! There are always more than one way to get where you want to.

Great site just cut short due do power crazed marshalls. when we arrived there was no walm welcome they just asked how many in the group and took are money then we started to get ready and was told we missed the crono and would have to hire there guns which we refused we were there early they just expect u to know how things work there. Later in the day 1 off our group lost his eye pro and didn't realise & a Marshall saw luckily &told him to exit which we were glad of but then started shouting at him as if he did it on purpose, absolutely no need for it but we thanked him and carried on. Then the last straw was when a player which then became another Marshall pulls out a high viss and says he hit 2 of our group and we told him he hit 1 the other was a gun hit which we were told doesn't count as a kill. They demand we go to the office & 3 marshalls took 1 of are group in to the office & locked the door & starts shouting at him, as I could clearly hear it was not going any where after 5 mins I knocked on the door and sed I'm a trained security guard and sed that I could help resolve the situation and that they can't lock the door and they are illegally detaining him they just slammed the door in my face locked the door again and continued to shouting so I told them open it now or I will and had to kick the door to make them relise they were going too far then we just left.
to be honest i have done better, this lot are a bit poor
