Excellent service provided by Train Rite. It is always a pleasure to have instructor from Train Rite on site where he provides professional training to our staff. I haven’t used anyone else for the last 10 years as I don’t believe there is a better company to train operators correctly with the safe use of our forklifts. I can highly recommend this company for your forklift training. Ricky is thorough, experienced and knowledgeable instructor who makes training tough and enjoyable at the same time. Our company has been using Train Rite for over 20 years. We have always been very satisfied with the level of service Ricky provides for us. I'm sure it is tailor made to suit each company as we are quite unique in our requirements and he never fails to deliver high standard trainees. The training is always adapted to minimise disruption and accommodate different shifts. I myself have been driving for a number of years and always find Ricky pleasing and able to coach me through. This was particularly appreciated the first time I was trained, being a girl in a mans world I had a lot to live up to.
