Took my car here (Peugeot) to be repaired under warranty as part of the Evans Halshaw group. The first time I took it down they identified the issues but needed to order the parts to fix them, they washed my car INSIDE and OUT! Took my car back on the day arranged and had the issues fixed and again they cleaned the car inside and out. Now during Covid I would assume they would sanitise the bits they touch but these guys went to the trouble of even hoovering the back seats!! Brilliant service received, considering i didn't buy my car from them and it being a Peugeot.

Purchased a vehicle with my pregnant partner for 12,670 on the 30/11-initially very happy. 8/12-ONE week later the car has stopped working. Won’t turn on or even lock. Called this team and they were rude and unhelpful. They told me as I was given a 100 discount on the admin fee they will not be able to help me. They gave numbers for alternative teams who have all been fobbing me off. 17 phone calls later and email messages they are still not responding or assisting me. The car is still on the driveway. After protesting outside the dealership for 8 hours they final saw sense and agreed to pickup and repair the car. Very disappointed with this dealership as they were nice to begin with. Needs an urgent review of aftercare policy and retraining of staff. 9months later, I had serviced the car with Toyota Hayes who noticed the rear shocks were leaking and would it not pass MOT, so 450 repair required.

Would not reccommend at all, terrible customer service. We took a car here to be taken in part exchange, the 'salesman' dealing with us was rude and totally uninterested, Informing us that the driver's door would need to be resprayed due to some dirt he thought was a scratch. Once we pointed out that it was in fact dirt (bad weather travelling over there) he still pointed at some superficial marks claiming the door would need to be re sprayed and as a result offered us an incredibly low price. Now we're home I've just polished the door and it's come up like new! We should have walked away the second we spotted him wearing his face mask under his nose, rendering it totally pointless.
Poor from start to finish. Sales executive (according to his desk tag) Ken failed to introduce himself or even ask my name. He had no interest in us and muttered or snapped his questions at me. I was looking to part exchange my car and purchase a new vehicle for my wife there. He never even enquired what I was looking for or the reason for the car quote on my vehicle. If I was his boss I would be seriously questioning his motive and work ethics. If I could give zero stars I would. Thank you Eden Vauxhall Newbury. An excellent part exchange deal and a new Car for my wife
