I ordered some organic coconuts from Real Foods, it was my first time ordering from them. The communication is really great - they have notified me of the slight delay in delivery. But, to be fair, the delay was only a couple of days. I would not even call it a delay :) Anyway, the coconuts were really great and fresh, with lots of coconut water. The packaging was good as well, with paper filling inside rather than plastic bubble wrap!

I waited for Real Foods delivery for 10 days. After 10 days they have send me an email that they don't have some of the goods I ordered. I told them refund me what they don't have and to send me the rest. They have send me only the nuts and none of the fruits. They nuts were 3th grade quallity. The cashews were broken apart and I pay extra to fet whole cashews. In my oppinion Real Foods are a unprofessional and unmoral company. I will avoid them in the future.
It's a landmark shop in central Edinburgh, and has for years provided its customers with an excellent range of organic, and no organic foodstuffs.
One of the best shops in Edinburgh with a organic, vegan and vegetarian foods and health/environmentally friendly products. I buy there regularly. It's to go to destination for natural cleaning products, bulk buying or my regular vegan supplies. They also have gluten free products! And everything is very well marked on the shelves eg: vegan GF or GF, yeast free, dairy free. There is a huge selection of nuts, seeds, dry fruits, flours, grains, teas, condiments, soaps, cosmetics, fresh organic local vegetables, organic alcohol and soft drinks. You can find there stuff such protein pastas, GF pastas, soya products, frozen ready foods, sauces, tins, soups in jars/tins. Also they sell premixed muesli and some other dry goods per g/kg. Not everything is organic but you have fair choice of organic products there. There are two shops in Edinburgh. One on Broughton st and one near Tollcross.
