I don't suppose being in my sixties I am your typical runner. I try and run 5k once or twice a week. However I wanted to get comfortable shoes to stop injury and enjoy my running. I looked in and liked what I saw, a very good range, I chatted to a knowledgeable young man and said I would return. Three weeks later I returned with my running socks and was welcomed by Laura. She listened calmly to what I had to say and came back with several types and makes of shoe. I tried them all! I settled on two types, Laura advised maybe a gentle run on the treadmill. We engaged in running talk as runners do and the session ended with me purchasing a pair of shoes we both thought suitable. Hint, the ones I liked rhymed with kooks :-) I've now started using my new shoes properly after Laura's advice to break them in gently. They are brilliant. Choice was excellent at a good price and the service from Laura was second to none. I will be buying there again. PS, sign up to their newsletter, it's full of good advice as well as offering good discounts. 10/10 need I say more.
