I have attended 3 x 90minute Coaching Sessions with Rebecca. I chose to seek out help due to changes that had happened in my life, ways for me to embrace, the now and feel happier and more content. I have never been to a life coach before, I went for a 30 minute induction session where you sit and speak with Rebecca in a very calm and tranquil home environment. Then discuss where or how you would like to progress. I honestly cannot believe the change in my mindset, the sessions opened up my mind to a variety of things I had stored away that where holding me back. I am now enjoying Me, allowing myself to control my thoughts not my thoughts controlling me. I also know that I can always return to her if I ever feel life is throwing me off track again. If you need help just getting through everyday living or just feel you have lost touch with yourself, I cannot recommend Rebecca highly enough.

I cannot recommend her highly enough, I would get booked in if you absolutely love Massages, Reiki, Crystal Healing and so much more.
Amaizing treatments at good prizes. My favorit is the energy healing with crystals. Really works!!!
